Translation Terms & Conditions

  • The text to be translated must be clear and legible and include any pictures, photos, diagrams or graphs that are relevant.
  • Documents not sent by email must be delivered and collected at the client’s expense.
  • I accept that I am responsible for privacy and safeguarding of documents while I am carrying out the work.
  • I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Acuerdo de Confidencialidad if required.
  • For work costing over 200 euros, 50% of the total fee must be paid in advance.
  • If any work is cancelled that has been agreed upon and started, 10% of the total price is required as a cancellation fee.
  • Full payment must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the final invoice.
  • For work outside of Barcelona any extra expenses for travel and time will be added to the invoice. See rates for details.
